PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to lift 35-45 lbs. sporadically and 10-20 lbs frequently; including lifting above shoulders

• Must be able to withstand exposure to inks, solvents, heat, steam and liquids.

• Stand for up to 8 to 12 hours depending on assigned area.

• Vision must be correctable to 20/20.

• Must be able to communicate and work well interdepartmentally, as well as, with all plant departments.

• Must be able to read and write, as well as, follow written and oral instructions.

• Must be capable of performing data entry into calculators and computers.

• Follow SOPs, cGMPs, batch records, TCPs, BOMs and POPs.

• Perform light inspection and retain certification. Ensures product quality during the production process.

• Perform line clearances.

• Perform and verify filter MIT's.

• Operate Dabrico's, labelers, canning, casers, overwraps, checkweighers, cartoners and other machinery per assigned room.

• Check in cages and warehouse materials.

• Perform pH testing (in-process) for fill lines and volume testing/leak tests.

• Prepare documentation of sterilization and daily tags.

• Notify Group Leader/Supervisor of all safety issues.

• Perform all tasks in a safe manner.

• Maintain proper documentation - batch records, check sheets, log books.

• Insure preventative maintenance is current.

• Pull and deliver QC samples.

• When assigned to a fill line must be aseptically trained.

• Be punctual.

• Staying current with training requirements.

• Perform room and equipment sanitation.

• Promote a positive team environment.

• Any other duties as assigned.
