Role Description

The Customer Marketing and OLL Lead: -Will play a critical role in supporting this key franchise (XALCORI, BAVENCIO, SUTENT, INLYTA, TORISEL) within Pfizer Oncology by:oDeveloping and executing the full non-clinical Customer Value Proposition for each Customer Segment (Hospitals, Community Clinics, Dispensing Clinics, etc.)For example: Developing a differentiated value proposition, leading to key marketing strategies and tactics for large account customers, including GPOs For example: Working with the Payer and Customer Engagement teams to develop a portfolio approach to payer partnerships and patient engagementFor example: Understanding of how the business of our Oncology customers influences prescribing and how the RLIO portfolio addresses unmet needsoIn addition, there will be Opinion Leader Liaison (OLL) aspects of the role involve direct interactions with key Lung, RCC, and IO influencers and academic institutions, gathering insights to help inform and execute against commercial strategies.

Responsibilities

Account Strategy and Value Proposition DevelopmentDevelop and prioritize key strategies and tactics to create clear and compelling brand differentiation and to bolster RLIO Portfolio value proposition to account customersCreate tools and resources to support account manager (e.g., KAM) engagement with key stakeholders Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless access to the RCC Portfolio; monitor financial barriers, and evaluate GPO contracting efforts to preserve position in a competitive marketplaceOL Strategy & EngagementsDevelop and lead the OL / customer engagement plan *Engage with key OLs and serve as their primary point of contact for marketingCreate and maintain current US RCC OL lists & track engagements. Enable a "One Pfizer" experience for these OLs by ensuring all relevant functions are aware of key activities with OLsLead and direct insight gathering among OLs including 1:1 engagements, small group meetings, and national and regional advisory boards to gather actionable commercial information, coordinating with other functions (e.g., Medical) as appropriateFacilitate connecting OLs to the appropriate internal subject matter experts as neededAcademic StrategyBased on customer insights, develop the optimal commercial strategy and tactics for Academic accountsDevelop success metrics for the strategy and then track performance and course correct as needed.*In partnership with other functions (as needed), implement commercial strategy with academic accounts *Facilitate appropriate interactions between HQ colleagues and Academic centers.

Qualifications

10 years of pharmaceutical experience *Previous launch and in-line US Marketing experience preferredOncology, specialty, rare disease, or diagnostics experience preferredProven track record of identifying customer needs, extracting key insights, and translating these into meaningful value propositions, and tactics *Demonstrated success in developing, executing, and measuring complex HCP marketing programs - both personal and non-personal tactics *Strong team player with demonstrated ability to engage experts from a wide range of functional areas to improve business performance *Demonstrated ability to manage advertising and other agencies to produce communications that impact business performance *Confidence and ingenuity to initiate, create, and bring ambiguity into action *Strong analytical skills; detail and action oriented; creative Solid business acumen with excellent verbal and written communication skills for a wide variety of audiences, including senior management.
