Pfizer Associate, Global Business Intelligence Solution Delivery in Peapack, New Jersey
As a member of the GBI Solution Delivery team you will assist in creating an environment that is client-driven and where teamwork is paramount.
In this position, you will be accountable for bringing fresh and innovative ideas to our business. This level colleague in GBI works to expand their understanding of business intelligence and its importance to Pfizer's business units. A person in this role has acquired the base essential skills and knowledge to work in this more advanced role driving best practices within the GBI organization, as well as across the Business Units the individual works to support. The mission of this position is to accelerate the development of knowledge, experience and skills within GBI in order to develop talent to deliver quality Information Technology solutions for Pfizer.
High level responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
Gather, analyze, document and communicate business and technical requirements
Business process mapping and analysis
Oversight and management for the rollout and support of technology solutions
Communicate updates and key milestones
Risk identification and management
Collaborate to enhance culture and awareness of pharmaceutical industry
Document and transfer knowledge to others as needed
Stakeholder Relationship Management
• Bachelor's Degree required. Major in Business, Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent technology-focused degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience working in a business/corporate environment preferred

Occasional overnight travel may be required
Travel to other Pfizer sites (e.g., Collegeville, PA; New York; and Lake Forest, IL)
