Responsibilities:

• Partner with PEH Marketing Leadership team to enhance the compliance awareness and provide strategic compliance support for marketing strategy roll-out and innovative business model • Conduct periodic risk assessment and develop/maintain compliance management framework for marketing initiated projects and activities. • Lead Project External Funding Excellence, working with cross-functional team and external stakeholders to shape the compliance environment . • Provide insightful end-to-end compliance analysis for key marketing projects, including pre-event assessment and relevant communications with associations and vendors etc. • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Medical and other functions to develop and maintain appropriate monitoring and controls over marketing activities. Oversight the operation of external funding tracking system and other systematic monitoring programs relating to marketing. • Address critical issues around activities related investigation cases and audit findings. • Develop effective training program on relevant topics and provide guidance to relevant colleagues. • Work with line manager in developing and implementing ad hoc compliance projects or initiatives. • Qualifications:

• Strong inter-personal and cross-function communication skill • Strong logical and analysis capability • Solid knowledge on FCPA and China law, esp. those related to grants, sponsorship, and donation • Acute sense on both business and compliance risk management sides • Bachelor degree or above, legal background preferred • 8 + years in compliance/legal in Pharma industry, additional business experience is a plus
