Pfizer China Compensation & Benefit Lead in Beijing, China
This role will lead a team of 3 TR managers and 1 TR supervisor.
To lead the planning, design and implementation of China compensation structures, and short-term incentive plans, benefit program and wellness program across China organization to attract, retain, motivate and reward employees while ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness and governmental compliance in support of Pfizer global total rewards strategy.
Guide TR processes development of that enable implementation of total rewards strategies across China organization and ensure best practices. Serve as internal consultant to senior leaders and managers in the areas of compensation, benefits; functioning as a strategic partner in achieving business objectives and enhancing overall company performance.
In partnership with BOS HR Lead to Facilitate total compensation review process (base salary, bonus and long-term incentives) including the development of process guidelines and consolidation and analysis of line recommendations for senior leadership review.
Manage broker, benefit, and compensation survey relationships and ensure effective service delivery and compliance.
In partnership with TA team, design the China offer guideline and graduate starting salary guideline, Review special salary offers in according to the China offer guideline.
Lead or participate in TR work stream of special projects as required including M&A, organization re-structuring, system implementation, etc.
Maintain a working knowledge of legislation that may affect compensation, benefits and payroll policies/practices. Oversee compliance with legal requirements locally.
Work with BU/Finance to develop Total Rewards Budgeting guideline for OP
Manage the Local HR BOS team budget
People Management: Lead & support the development & resourcing of local BOS Total Rewards l team to strengthen performance and enable continuing growth.
