Pfizer Country Portfolio MKT Lead in Beijing, China

Leverage commercial/product portfolio opportunities to reach broader market for GE and SCC

  • CPM team people management;

  • Craft and execute strategies to market product portfolio;

  • Develop local market product pofolio strategies by collaborating with stakeholders in other BU

  • Forecast and track portfolio performance (sales and supply)

  • Develops channel-specific approaches for key customer segments (e.g., county hospitals, governments, social healthcare units, etc.)

  • Leverages MM, Commercial Solutions Center expertise, and TA expertise as needed

  • Provide market insights to local sales for GE, SCC;

  • Serves as local marketing expert for key non-HCP customer segments

  • Develop sales materials, execution of marketing strategy and portfolio POA

  • Assess revenue potential for product portfolio

  • Influence development of country sales targets, OP plan

  • Obtain final regulatory / legal approval of tactical portfolio plan

  • Align with customer / Access plan

  • Build-up effective and effient team;

Shared

  • Explores opportunities for product portfolio (w/ MM and FF)

  • Surface opportunities for value-add activities (w/ CCM or MM)

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for local deals (w/ CCM Lead)

  • Development of revenue targets for portfolio

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree; master degree or MBA desired

  • 5+ years experience in the Pharmaceutical industry

  • 5-8 years of marketing experience (Senior Manager)

8-10 years experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, including in marketing and sales management experience. (Director level)
