Position Purpose/ Funktionsziel

Support Demand Managers in Demand Planning and manage a small number of products/ markets with increasing independency.

Securing supply capability of the company in consideration of economic stock management.

Primary Responsibilities/ Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

Support Demand Managers in Demand Planning and manage a small number of products/ markets with increasing independency.

Learn and take on more and more of the following tasks:

  1. Demand Planning for Consumer in countries within the Central-European Cluster, i.e. currently D/A/CH + CEE

  2. Plan demand of inter-company and third-party supplied finished goods (domestic and abroad) in SAP APO

  3. Internal coordination with marketing and sales to forecast the demand

  4. Monthly preparation of a 36-months requirement planning

  5. Data administration Global Data Warehouse

  6. Controlling of delivery dates and stock on hand (incl. controlling of product turnover)

  7. Controlling and assigning of incoming invoices

  8. Registration and control of goods receipts

  9. Monitoring of product releases

  10. Coordination of stocktaking / preparation and analysis of inventory reports and statistics

  11. Coordination of new product launches, product updates and of changes in packing materials, in this context constant interaction with Regulatory and Marketing

  12. Conducting operations meetings with Regional and External Supply Departments

  13. Preparation and analysis of several reports and statistics

What we are looking for:

  • University degree in economics or engineering

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word), preferably also of SAP APO

  • First insights into logistical processes and inventory management

  • You show strong communication skills, both in German and English
