Pfizer HR Business Partner Manager in Cabang Jakarta, Indonesia
The Primary purpose of this role is to provide leadership and support in functional areas of human resources including recruitment, employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, benefits administration, employee development, training, and special projects in an effective, efficient & innovative manner.
Partners closely with Global & Regional Divisional HR Leads & COEs
Internal Stakeholders ( BU Leaders, Site Leaders, Functional Leads , regional BT, Regional Presidents for Bus, Corporate Affairs)
External stakeholders ( Employment related statutory authorities, Government agencies and other external parties that affects our equity as an Employer, vendors, legal firms e.g. Labour bureau or Ministry of Manpower; Universities; HR Associations, Medicines Australia, Government agencies or any other external party that affects our equity as an Employer)
Serves as a strategic and tactical business partner to the Plant leadership team. Assist in the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee booklets, communications, and/or meetings. Prepare reports in conformance with legislated requirements or company needs. Reports to BOS Country CF Lead.
