Are you our new colleague in the Global Supply Chain (GSC) team at Pfizer NL?
We are looking for a new Customer Service Officer to support our team. You will be responsible for all the order-2 cash processes and interactions with our internal & external customers, and partners. Besides this you will have close interaction with your colleagues from Supply, Commercial and other departments on a daily base.
You will report into the GSC Market Lead and be a part of a diverse and skilled team of people, working with a brought portfolio of products. We value greatly strong team-spirit, flexibility and motivation in our team.
As GSC NL we are a part of the WES (West Europe South) region with the total EMEA GSC organization. Via the community of practice you will learn and share your expertise & knowledge to increase the value we bring to our daily work, and our patients.
This is what we can offer: Purpose role : The purpose of this role is to act as the operational contact for activities between in- and external stakeholders and the Logistics Service Provider(s) (LSP(s)). Key responsibilities are: the Order to cash (O2C) process in our ERP, Customer management and Administration of the order process.
Client management both internal and external
Perform the daily order Management and Order-to-Cash procedure in our ERP
Working together with the LSP to ensure efficient running of processes involved in planning and controlling of the flow of products and/or services through the distribution channels. Meeting the set requirements for deliveries and service to ensure that customer satisfaction is guaranteed
Perform Sales Order Management month end procedure and report to the applicable departments. Including SOX compliance in the key areas of month-end and revenue recognition
The management of customer complaints
The management and creation of customer master data & pricing
The reconciliation process of customer returns
Informing clients of the backorder status
Processing of price changes in cooperation with Finance and Trade Administration
Credit and Debit note management
Resolve challenges and logistic related issues by liaising and offering support to key stakeholders
Ensure Audit readiness at all times for both internal and external bodies
Support the GSC Market Lead in the operational business (key accountabilities) and participate in regular Demand & Supply Management Meetings
This is what you can offer: Knowledge/Qualifications: HBO/MBO working and thinking level, preferably a commercial/business admin related education.
Minimal of 2-3 years Customer Service and Logistics experience. Preferably in the pharmaceutical/healthcare related market, or comparable.
Team player with the ability to communicate both verbally and in written instruction
Organised, flexible and change-agile
Excellent PC skills (Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent working knowledge of SAP Systems especially in Inventory Modules
Strong proven operational management skills and knowledge of current GDP legislation is an asset
Languages: Dutch and English verbally and in written communication
