Candidate is responsible for supporting designing experiments, data acquisition, statistical analysis and conclusion reporting. Candidate will work with various development teams supporting new product development for submission in global markets. The focus will be on both platform approaches and project-specific applications Job responsibilities could evolve and expand over time Responsibilities are outlined below.

  • Design and plan meaningful studies using DOE, analyze historical data, and influence workflows

  • Perform Risk assessment, Screening, Optimization and Robustness experimental design, data Analysis, Design augmentation, Control Strategy, Design space, NOR Definition, Risk Mitigation activities

  • Standardize processes and methodologies by developing statistical tools to aid scientists in objective decision-making

  • Support Quality by Design (QbD) initiatives, planning and evaluation of Design of Experiments (DoEs), Equivalency assessments etc.

  • Support in collecting and analysing the data, determine methods for finding or collecting data, ability to handle both structured and unstructured data.

  • Support regression and trend analysis (e.g. ANCOVA) and reporting as requested by Scientific & Laboratory Services colleagues

  • Perform analytical method equivalency assessment and report outcome as per requirement from analytical team

  • Support Quality Statistics activities i.e. Release/Stability Specification Prediction, OOS, OOT Process Capability,

  • Take active role in interpreting the data and making sure that the right decisions are made based on the results. Report and present conclusions from the analyses

  • Support and enable the site to have the necessary competencies in advanced applied statistical tools like MVDA (PCA/PLS) relevant to cross functional activities by designing and delivering training on available tools and how to use them in practice, providing ongoing coaching

  • Good interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills

  • Ability design SOPs and guidelines and demonstrate good statistical practices

  • Trending batch data for Continuous Process Verification, Perform release specification setting and process capability analysis

  • Perform OOS, OOT statistical assessments
