For our Pfizer office in Slovakia we are looking for a Sales and Account Manager

(Therapeutic Area: Vaccines).

This is what you can look forward to:

  • Responsible for supervising operations of the designated product portfolio

  • Manages the Sales team including recruiting, coaching and development of Medical Representatives

  • Develops and implements strategic plans for the area. Plans, organizes, and monitors activities/projects to achieve the business potential.

  • Explore, identify, analyze and recommend new business opportunities for Vaccines portfolio

  • Manage the implementation of action plan working closely with relevant internal/external stakeholders

  • Communicates and negotiates directly with company Key customers in order to improve and develop Vaccines availability for special target groups

  • Develop and leverage professional relationship with Opinion Leaders within therapeutic area

What you offer:

  • Educated to university degree level

  • Previous experience in Area Sales Manager role at least 3 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry

  • Experience Sales Representative/KAM or Brand Manager

  • Vaccines Therapeutic Area and product knowledge is an advantage

  • Considerable level of decision making

  • Effective negotiation and selling skills

  • Fluent language skills in Slovak and English
