Pfizer Planning/Material Supervisor in KAEC PGS Plant, Saudi Arabia
As a member of Pfizer Global Supply organization, the individual will be responsible for the entire Supply Chain Planning process of assigned products partnering with the key stakeholders - commercial organization, tollers, manufacturing sites, and distribution center. This role will also be responsible for supporting new product launch activities for Project Future by providing support to enabling functions including Finance, Engineering, Quality, EHS and Business Development.
Job R esponsibilities :
Follow through on Supplier Service Agreements for aspects relating to Supply Chain Planning.
Maintain fulfilment of market demand to ensure no stock outs for private market & on time in full delivery for tender / direct orders & institutional sales.
Develop and update a rolling 24 month master schedule based on demand forecasts, available capacity, inventory policies and communicate to assigned suppliers.
Ensure implementation / review of stock modelling.
Monitor and control full pipeline inventories to ensure availability as per requirements and minimize business waste.
Prepare, report, and communicate forecast, supply and inventory measurements to management (performance matrix, inventory plan vs. targets).
Ensure all KPI's related to customer service and inventory are met or exceeded.
Maintain DRP/MPS/MRP data accuracy for assigned products (i.e. item creation, BOM-bill of materials setup, planning parameters, phase-in/phase-out, etc.).
Maintain transactions in local/global Supply Chain systems.
Coordinate supplier production plans with delivery requirements, issue tolling orders according to commercial and operational lead time.
Ensure timely availability of materials to support the production campaigns with tolling partners.
Coordinate shipments to ensure availability of finished products to meet customer orders and to expedite materials in short supply. Ensure all documentation is made available to allow shipment.
Manage Customs Clearance of Imports and all its needed documents.
Ensure up-to-date SOPs.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
Experience and Knowledge:
Minimum 3 experience in supply chain, logistics, planning, or operations management.
Supply Chain knowledge (supply planning, forecasting, MRP, etc).
CPIM certificate is preferred
Essential Personal Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or other applicable fields of study.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work, goals and tasks in accordance with organization objectives, comfort using multiple systems.
Leadership and team management skills.
Proven problem solving and analytical skills, attention to details.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in English.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
