Pfizer Finance Operations Officer in Makati City, Philippines

Role Description

The Finance Associate shall handle Treasury, corporate credit cards, management of Finance and executive administration. Responsibilities

Coordinates with GFS and Partner banks in processing payments, netting, cash management and other treasury related activities Ensure complete and proper documentation of foreign currency settlements Administration of Corporate Credit Cards Maintains Finance supplies, records and manages file retention Assists Finance Team in organizing activities, documenting meeting minutes and coordinating with other departments in various initiatives Provides executive administration services to the Finance Director including but not limited to calendar management, preparation of correspondences and memoranda, expense reporting, travel arrangement amongst others Prepares performance objectives and individual development plan to enhance job knowledge, skills and overall work effectiveness Performs any other duties relating to Treasury, Finance and Executive administration



  • Graduate of any business course, preferably accounting


  • 4-5 years work experience preferably in Treasury/Accounting

Other Skills

  • Basic knowledge in Accounting

  • Proficient in financial systems and Office application softwares

  • Excellent planning and organizing skills

  • Good oral and written communication, interpersonal skills, time and records management
