Pfizer Sales Analyst Officer in Makati City, Philippines
This position will work closely with Sales force effectiveness manager and the commercial team. The focus of this position will be performing analytical and system management functions to ensure quality, consistency and efficiency in sales reporting and sales forecasting.
The role also includes analysis of sales-related activites associated with sales performance, channel / account development, forecasting, revenue reporting and sales productivity measures.
Develops KPI dashboards, benchmarks, and analytical tools to provide insights into performance against set targets.
Maintains and enhances Pfire Reporting system and PowerBI dashboards to effectively monitor and manage reports
Support the monthly sales forecasting process
Develop reporting tools to further support ongoing sales and forecast reviews with the sales management in order to improve sales management and forecast accuracy
Assist Sales Management in managing sales reporting & analytics, modeling, target setting, and productivity metrics
Continuously improve tools and processes that assist sales operations and sales management in assessing drugstore channels, region, territory and city businesses
Full management of Pfizer Reporting Environment (PFire) from data validation, migration, maintenance and reporting
Design, develop and maintain automated sales management reports, including but not limited to, monthly & quarterly sales management scorecards to measure key financial sales metrics
Reports such as: In-Market Sales, Region and Territory Reports, Offtake and Inventory Reports, Distribution, Coverage and Buying Reports
Partner with Commercial operations to ensure consistency and transparency with the key performance metrics for sales analysis and sales incentive reporting
Perform ad hoc analytical projects as identified by commercial teams
