With a strong understanding of the Business Units Omnichannel strategic direction and business needs, the role executes projects taking into account quantifiable impact of proposed initiatives, potential customer/business impact as well in rationalization and synergies across BUs . He demonstrate his/her broad understanding of BT capabilities and service offerings, as well as knowledge of industry, customer requirements and general business environment. By request from regional MCC BP proposes or review tactics for business impact measurement (or ROI) using best practices from both internal or external sources and provide advice to the business / evaluates opportunity cost (cost of not having) .The APAC BT BP Customer Marketing and Omni-Channel is then able to leverage internal and external subject matter experts to drive the delivery of new capabilities.
BA or BS in preferred disciplines: Information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Management. MBA preferred.
Extensive proven experience in large IT organizations. Experience in analytics projects (descriptive, predictive, prescriptive and machine learning). Preferred knowledge in Artificial Intelligence
Extensive relevant experience in the management of technology resources.
Preferred working experience with and knowledge of the business unit of choice
