Duties are primarily administrative support of the site Quality Leadership Team. This support includes setting up and maintaining files, scheduling meetings/conference rooms, and receiving, referring, or responding to phone calls. Setting up security authorizations for visitors associated with Quality Operations activities including inspections and audits and candidate interviews.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support for the Site Quality Leader as well as the site Quality Leadership Team

  • Coordinator for maintenance of off-site documents storage including the logging, shipment, and retrieval of site documents in long term storage

  • Administrate departmental distribution lists and security groups

  • Supports the Compliance Audit team administrative support during site inspections

  • Routinely manages and provides follow up with departmental requisitions within the SAP Arriba System including follow up and issue resolution

  • Maintains Quality Department calendars and delegation of authority documents

Provides support to Quality Functional areas in scheduling special events and training sessions

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Applications

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Self-directed with the ability to accomplish necessary tasks with minimal supervision
