Pfizer Manager, PEH Corporate Affairs in New York City, New York

The Manager, PEH Corporate Affairs supports the VP, PEH Corporate Affairs and her team in the development and implementation of a coordinated global corporate affairs strategy by collaborating with all Corporate Affairs functions and leveraging cross-functional efforts to support PEH's business priorities. This position reports to the Senior Director, PEH Corporate Affairs.


  • Provide the VP PEH Corporate Affairs and PEH Corporate Affairs team with writing, research and communications support, including creating presentations, letters and other materials intended for internal and external audiences.

  • Produce and facilitate briefings on important internal and external meetings and commitments.

  • Work cross-functionally within Corporate Affairs and across PEH Commercial, PHI, Medical, Legal and Regulatory to drive co-ordination and alignment on corporate affairs initiatives and approval of corporate affairs materials.

  • Lead the development of the PEH Corporate Affairs Operating Plan and create a process to track its implementation.

  • Manage the PEH budget, track spend and manage external vendors on behalf of the PEH Corporate Affairs Team.

  • Help to accelerate the effectiveness of the PEH Corporate Affairs team through the co-ordination of regular PEH Corporate Affairs and extended team meetings.

  • Identify gaps, needs and best practices across corporate affairs and develop communications tools e.g. regular updates on key activities.

  • Compile weekly / monthly reports for PEH and CA leaders.

  • Provide guidance to Corporate Affairs colleagues to help the implementation of strategies requiring co-ordination of multiple functions.

  • Provide project management support to Corporate Affairs Leads as required.



Bachelors Degree required with 5+ years work experience in supporting communications, public affairs, government affairs or policy projects. Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferable.
