Regional Key Account Manager
Reports to Oncology Lead
Pfizer Oncology, Sweden
Aim of job:
Key Account Manager (KAM) will have regional responsibility supporting our kidney cancer (RCC) portfolio - presently consisting of Sutent, Inlyta, and Torisel - as well as the immuno-oncology agent, Bavencio - co-marketed with Merck. Role offers the opportunity to expand the market for our existing RCC products, along with launching a new targeted agent + I/O-combination indication in RCC in 2H 2019.
Regional coverage territory includes Stockholm, Gotland, Uppsala, Orebro, and the North of Sweden. Eligible candidates should live within this territory.
Maximize regional sales of Pfizer Oncology portfolio through an optimal usage according to Pfizer Oncology Vision: To be a Leader in Oncology by Speeding Cures and Accessible Breakthrough Medicines to Patients, Redefining Life with Cancer
Develop prescribing conditions within the therapeutic area through detailing and establishing value-added relationships with medical and financial decision makers related to their prescribing patterns
Execute business opportunities, i.e collaboration agreements and related projects.
Manage and build relationships with all relevant customers, expert groups, stakeholders and key accounts from an Oncology portfolio perspective.
Build long term relationships and maintain a high presence with targeted customers and accounts
Analyze and understand the needs and expectations of the customers
Ensure assigned products have access, are used correctly, and optimally recommended within the territory
Develop cooperation agreements with caregivers on educational initiatives, treatment guidelines, tracking of treatment outcomes etc
Ensure a business climate enabling open and transparent information sharing.
Identify business opportunities for the Oncology portfolio
Ensure all interactions and initiatives are documented
Execution of Operational Regional Oncology Business Plan
Create and update a regional business plan covering short and long term needs and actions
Execute the regional product/portfolio plans
Perform and follow up on activities towards stakeholders, target customers and key accounts
Develop short and long term vision for targeted customer groups and identify future success factors
- Close collaboration with KAM colleagues, Commercial Strategy Manager, clinical research, outcomes research, Medical Advisors and other cross BU functions involved
Quarterly report including analysis and action plan
Sweden: KAM colleague, Medical Advisor, Country Lead Oncology, regional Pfizer colleagues

Swedish Oncology Team
Main performance measures:
Achieving territory sales and patient targets
Results of customer activities and cooperation agreements
New projects developed and implemented
Satisfaction from team members
- Scientific education and LIF.
At least 5 years' experience as a Key Account Manager or experience in a clinical oncology setting (nurse, etc.)
Oncology experience strongly desired
Prior work with non-HCP stakeholders and payers a plus
Strong capabilities in networking and relation building is needed.
Good understanding and ability of how to translate scientific data into customer value for identified customer needs.
Interest in sales data and analytics

Live within Stockholm, Gotland, Uppsala, Orebro, or the North of Sweden.
