Pfizer Customer Strategy & Insight, Sr. Manager in Shanghai, China
The Sr. Manager, Customer Strategy& Insights reports to the Customer Strategy Lead (Customer Strategy & Insights team within PEH Marketing) and is responsible for developing, coordinating and executing customer strategy agenda and related capabilities for assigned BGs and Brands of PEH China. Partners with the business teams to integrate digital plans that align to brands' and above-brands' strategies and goals and address sustainable and meaningful relationships with customers. Assists Customer Strategy Lead to utilize data and insights to deliver and measure digital innovation programs to drive business impact.
Master knowledge and understanding of brands and digital strategies and goals for assigned portfolio of BG's, brands Provide Digital Marketing expertise to partners with assigned portfolio of China in the development of:
Customer strategy and goals that meet needs of HCPs, patients, and other customers
Integrated customer strategies and plans in support of long term strategy and annual Operating Plans
Provide regular data analysis and insights
Build up business models
Design and coordinate digital initiatives to support the goal of achieving customer-centricity engagement model in China and to drive business impact Assist Customer Strategy Lead to roll out global and local digital project plans with cross functional team to the assigned BG and Brands. Partner with Sales Leads, BG Operation Leads and Marketing Managers to ensure that in-market services and programs are effectively executed, consistent with agreed service levels channel standards and compliance requirements. Work closely with BAI team lead and DCE team lead to design metrics evaluation for related projects and ensure all programs have applied metrics which are actively monitored and measured and corrective actions taken

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor degree or above, MBA is preferred At least 5 years significant marketing or sales experience, preferably having brand owner experience in marketing to health care professionals Demonstrable experience working with Digital Marketing programs in Pharma and/or Consumer fields Experience in executing projects across business entities and/or geographies Strong ability to lead cross - functional teams to deliver on time and within budget Ability to manage multiple projects and timeframes in a complex organizational structure and multitask in a cross-functional role Strong strategic thinking and analytic skills Strong interpersonal, influence and communications skills Strong partner relationship and collaboration skills - ability to generate credibility with and respect from colleagues and external parties at all levels in the organization Ability to work with metrics and KPIs to evaluate, communicate and optimize the performance of channels and campaigns
