Pfizer Country Brand Manager in Tamsui, Taiwan

POSITION PURPOSE

  • Lead and drive the execution of Eliquis marketing programs in Taiwan

  • Lead and own the transcreation and/or translation of Eliquis promotional materials that fits the local market needs

  • Execute KOLs development/engagement plan and ensure customers insights is properly reflected in the local brand plan

  • Work closely with Field Force to ensure timely implementation of Eliquis hospitals activities

  • Actively manage and monitor Eliquis A&P budget RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide customers insights to CBL to support the development of Eliquis Brand Plan annually

  • Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of Eliquis tactical plan

  • Translate and trans-create brand materials according to the local market needs

  • Execute the KOLs engagement and development plan

  • Manage the marketing budget versus realization in order to ensure effectiveness of budgeted expenses

  • Collaborate with sales team to ensure an effective implementation of brand strategies and Eliquis marketing programs

  • Support CBL to provide a high quality training on disease background, product knowledge and key selling messages to field force

  • Support CBL to drive the delivery of a high quality POA meeting

  • Ensure all marketing and business programs/practices are compliant to applicable local, global and company laws and guidelines ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS/STRUCTURE

  • Reporting to the Country Brand Lead, Eliquis, PIH EM Asia, Taiwan

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of pharmaceutical marketing or other directly relevant experience, Cardiovascular/Metabolism will be preferred

  • Able to communicate very well in spoken and written English.

  • Bachelor's Degree, major in business or medical related, master degree or MBA desired

KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Well-built skills in communication, organization, prioritization and time management.

  • Know-how to gather customer and competitor Insight

  • Strong analytical skills - able to perform simple to moderate data correlation cross and triangulate data from various sources

  • Good interpersonal skills, collaboration/negotiation (w/Marketing roles in country, FF, RTAL)

  • Vendor management

  • Proficiency in English and advanced skills on excel, powerpoint and some knowledge on other software

  • Resourceful and has sound problem solving abilities

  • Work under stress to meet project deadlines and minute attention to detail.

  • Highly self-motivated.
