Pfizer Senior Secretary in Tuas, Singapore


The incumbent will provide administrative and secretarial support to the department. This support will involve providing a full range of clerical, office support services and document management. To accomplish these tasks the incumbent will require strong written and oral communication skills, have a high level of self-initiative and be a highly organized and structured individual.

The incumbent will be required to prepare and edit reports and presentations; manage internal/external correspondences, process incoming/outgoing mails; maintain Outlook calendars; organize and maintain files and will therefore have good coordination and multi-tasking skills and abilities.



  • Provide administrative/secretarial support including but not limited to preparing and editing of reports/presentations; managing internal/external correspondences, process incoming/outgoing mails; maintain Outlook calendars; organize and maintain files.

  • Coordinate travel plans, produce itineraries and prepare expense reports.

  • Schedule and coordinate meeting logistics with multiple groups, both internal and external to Pfizer.

  • Expedite the flow of office work and initiate follow up, when necessary.

  • Assist with special projects on an ad hoc basis, such as preparing slides/presentations; represent department on various site committees.

  • Maintain the Department Signature Register List.

  • Function as a Fire Warden during emergency evacuation.

  • Ordering of uniform/stationary for the department.

  • Serve as backup administrative/secretarial support for other departments, when necessary.

  • Any other duties assign by the Department Head. Job Relate Requirements:

  • Good communication skills with an ability to demonstrate professionalism in managing relationships.

  • Experience with various computer software program such as MS Office and Outlook.

  • Ability to handle confidential information and to use discretion as needed.

  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with all levels of management.

  • Ability to work in a team environment and share workload routinely with other administrative support.

  • Demonstrate resourcefulness, with ability to anticipate needs, prioritize responsibilities, take initiative and be creative at problem solving. Accountabilities:

  • Timely and accurate completion of duties as assigned.

  • Compliance to cGMP requirements. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS: The incumbent will interact with all site departments i.e. Manufacturing Operations, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Warehouse teams and Engineering teams. EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 6+ years' experience in secretarial / administrative support role.Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) preferred.
